Before you leave

Follow this guide when you leave, so that the house is left tidy for the next guests

1. Oven and fridge

Empty the fridge and clean the oven

The fridge is emptied before departure. It is okay to leave unopened non-perishable items.

2. The grill

Clean the grill

  1. Turn off the gas supply on the regulator (white arrow)

  2. Gas cylinder is removed and put in the shed in the annex

  3. Clean the grill

3. Garden furniture

Put garden furniture and cushions in place

Cushions

  1. Cushions for lounge furniture are stored in the sofa in the livingroom

  2. The black sofa cushion and cushions for garden chairs are stored in the shed

  3. Garden chairs are stored in the shed

4. Waste

Garbage is disposed of

Throw garbage in the roadside bin

Waste

Empty bottles and cans can be dropped off in the bin in the backyard

5. Dishwasher

Start the dishwasher

- if there are dirty crockery in the machine

6. Heating

Turn off the heating

Turn off the air conditioner

  1. You will find the remote control for the air conditioner on the wall by the dining table

  2. Switch off the system by pointing to the air conditioner and pressing the red button in the upper left corner

Floor heating

  1. You will find the underfloor heating regulator to the right of the toilet

  2. Turn off the switch above the regulator so that the lamp is off

Electric radiators

  1. Switch off the radiator by pressing the switch on the right side

  2. Make sure that the lights are off in all rooms, incl. annex

7. Close windows and lock doors

Before you hand over the key

4. Lock all doors

  • Check that the door to the annex is locked

  • Check that the door to the shed is locked

  • Check that the door to the house is locked

8. Hand over keys

Hand over keys

Make sure all windows and doors are closed/locked before you return the key.

You will find the key box in the backyard (the white arrow)

  1. Pull down the black cover (red arrow)

  2. Enter the code and press down on the black button above (green arrow)

  3. Place the key in the box, close the cover, make sure that the black button (green arrow) is pushed all the way up and adjust the code wheels

  4. Pull the black cover (red arrow) back up
