Upon arrival

You will find the key to the house in the key box (the white arrow)

1. Find the code for the box in the email you received from Campaya

2. Pull down the black cover (red arrow)

3. Enter the code and press down on the black button above (green arrow)

4. Take out the key, close the cover, make sure that the black button (green arrow) is pushed all the way up and adjust the code wheels

5. Pull the black cover (red arrow) back up

You will find the remote control for the air conditioner on the wall by the dining table

If the weather is summery, it is not necessary to switch on the system

1. Switch on the system by pointing to the air conditioner and pressing the red button in the upper left corner

2. Use the 'MODE' button to set it to 'AUTO' mode

3. Use the 'up' and 'down' arrows on the left to adjust to the desired average temperature

You will find the underfloor heating regulator to the right of the toilet

• If you want it used, turn the switch on (a setting between '2' and '3' is recommended).

• Otherwise, it is simply switched off at the switch above the regulator

You will find the extra key in the back high cupboard in the kitchen

1. Open the two storage compartments in the sofa in the living room

2. Place the cushions as shown in the picture

3. You will find the black sofa cushion in the annex

4. You will find 2 more comfortable garden chairs in the annex
