End cleaning

• Vacuuming & washing of all floors, also under furniture such as sofas and beds

• All horizontal surfaces are wiped

• Spider tissue is removed

• Frames are wiped

• Cabinets & drawers and lamps are dried on the outside

• Furniture is wiped/vacuumed

• Windows must not be cleaned - greasy fingers and the like must however be removed

• If there are things that are broken, pictures are taken and it is reported to Campaya

• If there is waste left, pictures are taken, it is disposed of and the time is recorded and sent to Campaya. This applies both to bins in the kitchen and bathrooms.

• Duvets & pillows are neatly folded and put in the cupboard in the bedroom.

  • Check here that no duvets/pillows are missing. If something is missing, Campaya is notified.

• The bedspread is placed on the bed.

• TV is wiped down

• Fridge/stove/oven (oven only on the outside) & hood are wiped down

• The fridge must be wiped inside and out, but the tenant is obliged to empty the fridge. If this is not done, pictures are taken, the fridge is emptied and the time spent on this is noted and sent to Campaya.

• Oven is checked internally. If it is not cleaned, pictures are taken, and then they are cleaned, and the time spent on this is noted and sent to Campaya.

• Electric boiler is wiped down and checked for used filter left behind

• The dishwasher is emptied if it is full of clean crockery. If crockery has been used in the dishwasher, or elsewhere, photos are taken, it is washed and extra time is noted and sent to Campaya.

• Check cupboards and drawers if everything looks OK.

• TV is wiped down

• Duvets & pillows are neatly folded and put in the cupboard.

  • Check here that no duvets/pillows are missing. If something is missing, Campaya is notified.

• The bedspread is put on

• Duvets & pillows are neatly folded and put in the cupboard in the bedroom.

  • Check here that no duvets/pillows are missing. If something is missing, Campaya is notified.

• The bedspread is put on

• Wash basin is cleaned

• Mirrors are polished, fixtures and cupboards are wiped clean of limescale stains etc.

• The shower cabin is cleaned and descaled as needed

• The toilet is cleaned

• Washing machine wipe

1. Cushions for lounge furniture are stored in the sofa in the livingroom

2. The black sofa cushion and cushions for garden chairs are stored in the shed

3. Garden chairs are stored in the shed

• Grill is checked inside. If it is not cleaned, pictures are taken, and then it is cleaned, and the time spent on this is noted and sent to Campaya.

Make sure all windows and doors are closed/locked before you return the key.

You will find the key box in the backyard (the white arrow)

1. Pull down the black cover (red arrow)

2. Enter the code and press down on the black button above (green arrow)

3. Place the key in the box, close the cover, make sure that the black button (green arrow) is pushed all the way up and adjust the code wheels

4. Pull the black cover (red arrow) back up
